Cooperation

We form a network where several other organizations and young people that commit to the goals and the way of achieving those goals. That connectedness can be structural or temporary in nature, for example the duration of a project or activity or long-term cooperation in any form. The cooperation may range from the exchange and sharing of knowledge and ideas, joint development and implementation of projects. We like to connect and seek cooperation from the content on (principles and objectives) unto cooperation in projects and initiatives. We believe that with common goals, a good intention, an open and cooperative attitude and communication, we can create an organization and cooperation that will be able to reach the goals end live up to the ideals in the way of reaching them. We have a strong, broad and easily accessible network in the Netherlands and building structurally to the expansion of our network and contacts and cooperation in Europe and Morocco.

Europe
The joint European countries want to equip as many young people for a European citizenship and give people the opportunity to develop themselves constantly: ‘lifelong learning’. Erasmus + fund provides opportunities for exchanges between young people and professionals who work with young people, volunteering or training / study abroad. A major challenge and ambition for Europe in the coming years is to strengthen ‘Diversity and Inclusion’. That seems an interesting development because in many European countries (including the Netherlands) Moroccan youths are struggling with uniting two cultures and identities: what place can the European citizenship obtain herein and how will they make use of the opportunities offered by Europe?

Morocco
Many young people, born in the Netherlands with a Moroccan background are working on the question of whom they are, where they belong to and what to expect from life. Good or less well trained they experience that segregation is increasing and that it is not always easy to reconcile two identities well. This is unfortunate because talents are lost and a fascinating mix of cultures – which should be an advantage – is not used optimally. Simultaneously Morocco is developing rapidly and the conditions for international cooperation are more favourable than ever. The bond between the Netherlands and Morocco is strong and we think that using and strengthen that bond can be meaningful on a personal, economic and social fields.
